I was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. I am the only female among my male siblings, so I know how to stand my ground and be heard. I use these skills each day in my practice. I want you to know that I pride myself in providing top notch legal representation. And I am committed to building a case and achieving justice for you.

From a young age, I learned that an honest day's work is admirable and that accomplishments are realized through hard work and dedication. I was raised by a mother who taught me, by example, the value of honest work, perseverance and the virtue of helping others. I welcome the opportunity to represent you.

Ms. Delgado earned her Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. Her Master of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Throughout her college career, she spent countless hours involved in public interest organizations, founded and co-founded various projects and she worked throughout it all. She appreciates a challenge and is skilled in putting her knowledge into action.

Prior to law school, Ms. Delgado worked in the non-profit world focusing her time on programs that helped children and families. In law school, she served as a Student Practitioner where she practiced law under the supervision of a licensed attorney in the Immigration and Employment Law Clinics at the Stuart H. Smith Law Clinic and Center for Social Justice. She volunteered at the Worker's Justice Project where she assisted attorneys in wage claim cases for unpaid workers.

Upon graduating from law school, she was a staff attorney at a worker's compensation law firm in San Antonio, Texas, where she went up against big insurance companies defending injured workers. She went on to work for an immigration law office representing children and families who sought legal relief to remain in the United States. Ms. Delgado's determination and practical approach has resulted in many successful cases.

Ms. Delgado is committed to her clients and works tirelessly to represent their best interest. She is reliable, trustworthy, and tough. Ms. Delgado won't back down and success for her clients is her top priority.
